Washers

A high-quality range of 316L stainless steel, pharma grade washers suitable for cleanroom use (Series 26PH, Series 28PH, Series 38PH). All of the pharma grade washers in the Riebesam range conform with cGMP, GAMP and FDA guidelines. All have an optimised footprint for side by side applications and incorporate a modular design concept for customised solutions to meet user specific requirements. All incorporate a high performance drying unit with H13 filter as last element in the airflow. Non stainless parts are FDA approved. State-of-the-art SPS controllers (e.g. Siemens S7) are deployed. Data acquisition is according to 21CFR Part 11 guidelines. Extensive documentation and IC/OQ support is available including FAT and SAT.
