TECHNICAL SERVICES

LabService Providers offer a suite of tailored technical services and flexible service level contracts to meet a range of calibration, maintenance and repair requirements. Our management and service engineers have over 20 years’ experience of leading technologies across all the principal equipment and instrumentation manufacturers. They deliver our technical services in accordance with our rigorous quality standards and ISO 9001:2015 certification.

Installation & Commissioning with IQ/OQ Validation

We are experienced in the installation, set-up and relocation of a broad range of technical laboratory equipment and offer expert qualification, compliance and validation for new, installed, moved or altered equipment.

Repair/ Breakdown Rapid Response

We offer a rapid response, emergency service nationwide on a broad range of laboratory technologies. Our repair service – fault finding, parts acquisition, repair - is scheduled and performed in accordance with our stringent fault logging / corrective action procedures and quality verification.

Preventive Maintenance / Servicing

We offer preventive maintenance and servicing contracts on a wide range of laboratory equipment and instrumentation. Servicing, including parts and consumables replacement is expertly performed in line with industry best practice and manufacturer recommendations. Detailed service reports are provided along with recommendations on how to achieve ongoing cost and performance efficiencies.

Calibration

We provide accurate, timely and documented calibrations on a broad range of laboratory equipment. Calibrations are aligned to each client’s business needs and based on the manufacturer’s specifications, the relevant standards, and our quality management procedures. Calibrations are completed using equipment traceable to national and international standards accredited to NML, UKAS, NPL and NIST.
